The contest " The love of Vietnamese writing ": be proud of my child’s handwriting letters!
The contest is organized by Ho Chi Minh City Children's House with School Supplies (Diem 10 brand name) under Thien Long Group Corporation with the goal of educating the young generation with a sense of respecting and preservation of the beauty of Voice and Script of Vietnamese.
This is an opportunity for pupils to practice each handwriting
The contest "I love Vietnamese letter" was held in Ho Chi Minh City for primary pupils from Grade 1 to Grade 5. The general requirements for the entries is the beautiful handwriting, right spelling, right topic, suitable for ages, clean presentation, and using pure Vietnamese words. The program takes place with 02 rounds: the district level round and the city level round.
In the City level round, for the pupils in grades 1 and 2, they will recopy prose or poem in 45 minutes. Particularly for pupils in grades 3, 4 and 5, they will be arranged separately in three different floors at the exams site. Accordingly, the pupils in grade 3 will recopy poem and write elective prose with a minimum number of words of 60 words in 60 minutes. The pupils in grade 4 will recopy poem and write elective prose with a minimum number of words of 80 words in 60 minutes. The pupils in grade 5 will recopy poem and write elective prose with a minimum number of words of 100 words in 60 minutes
Pupils are hardworking to do the test
Regarding the evaluation of the quality of the test at the City level, Mr. Luu Hoang Phuc (teacher of Lac Long Quan Primary School in District 11, and also a member of the jury) said: “It can be said that the candidates have very good preparation! Both formal and psychological aspects, they are also very firm. The tests are very creatively decorated. The handwriting of pupils is very plain, very beautiful. Surprisingly, the first and second grade student are able to write difficult handwriting!”. In addition, the teacher emphasized that pupils should pay more attention to handwriting, forge bold strokes of handwriting, and focus on the right spelling during the exam.
Mr. Chau Le Nhat Duy (Head of Creative Technology Faculty of the Children's House in Tan Phu District) said: “I hope that next year, the program can be organized and expanded to other provinces but no longer encapsulated in the city area, so that the provinces can participate in this meaningful playground.” Since then the contest "I love Vietnamese letter" has been more crowded, fun, and interesting."

The contest "I love Vietnamese letter" is not only a simple writing contest, through it, Thien Long Group Corporation also hopes to inspire the passion for poetry, literature, nourish their souls by charming and familiar Vietnamese. Moreover, through the proses and poems that pupils practice writing, Thien Long Group Corporation also wishes to convey to the pupils the spirit of national pride, inheriting the patriotic tradition of our fathers since thousands of generations.
With this goal, Thien Long will continue to make efforts to expand "I love Vietnamese letter" in the coming years so that children -the young generation of the nation have the opportunity to better understand the Vietnamese beauty, the cultural beauty of four thousand years of Vietnamese history hidden in each poem and letters.
