The 2025 Thien Long Distributor and Customer Conference left a lasting impression on 1,000 customers through carefully crafted travel experiences, a series of meaningful bonding activities, an impressive product showcase space, and the inspiring message “Ride the Waves, Reach New Heights – Connect for Success” as the company looks ahead to its 45th anniversary of serving the education needs of Vietnamese people.
Nearly 45 Years of Serving Vietnamese Education with a Strong Distribution Network
Following the success of the 2024 customer conference in Bangkok, Thailand, Thien Long Group held this year’s conference in Da Nang, gathering national distributors and over 900 customers. Last year, the message was “Ride the Big Waves – Reach Great Heights”. This year, keeping the “riding the waves” theme, the company emphasized strong connections with customers through the new message: “Ride the Waves, Reach New Heights – Connect for Success”.
Celebrating Milestones and Growth Amid Challenges
This year's conference took place as Thien Long recorded steady growth during the first five months of 2025, despite challenges from geopolitical shifts and administrative boundary adjustments. Net revenue reached VND 1,510 billion, up 5.6% compared to the same period last year.

The event gained even more meaning as Thien Long and its partners looked forward to the company’s 45th anniversary. Company leaders affirmed that beyond business, over four decades, distributors and retailers have helped Thien Long achieve a valuable mission: delivering quality products to support learning for Vietnamese people.

Distributors also believe that each distributor acts as a department of Thien Long, conveying the full value of this Vietnamese brand to customers. “Every pen sold is more than a transaction; it's the entrusted trust of teachers, students, parents – an entire generation – and the responsibility of preserving Vietnamese values, keeping the Thien Long flame alive in people’s hearts,” a distributor representative emphasized.

A highlight of the conference was the leadership’s growth direction covering strategy, product development, and business planning. “Fast and sustainable growth” was the recurring theme throughout the senior leaders’ presentations. The Group confirmed its strategy of sustainable growth built on nearly half a century of solid foundation.
In business strategy, Thien Long is investing in four pillars: brand, product, people, and systems. In particular, developing high-performing, innovative, and skilled personnel is considered the driving force behind breakthrough results.

On this occasion, Thien Long honored long-time customers, those with significant growth in the past three months, and outstanding staff members.
Thien Long also set a national record with a map-shaped artwork titled “Serving Vietnamese Knowledge”, created from over 1,000 digitalized images of distributors and retailers nationwide.
Revenue Growth: Stable and Balanced
Thien Long’s revenue results for the first five months reflected stable growth momentum. Domestic revenue increased by 6.8%, while exports rose 3.0% due to demand recovery from key international markets. For 2025, the Group targets net revenue of VND 4,200 billion and post-tax profit of VND 450 billion.
