Thien Long Among Vietnam’s Top 50 Listed Companies 2025
Thien Long Group has been named one of Vietnam’s Top 50 Listed Companies 2025 by Forbes Vietnam, making it the only company in the stationery industry to be featured in this prestigious ranking.
To compile the Top 50 list, Forbes applied strict criteria and a rigorous evaluation process. The requirements included profitability in 2024, minimum revenue and market capitalization of VND 500 billion. In addition, Forbes assessed compound annual growth rates in revenue and profit, ROE (Return on Equity), ROC (Rate of Change – measuring the pace of price fluctuations between two points in time), among others. All calculations were based on the audited consolidated financial statements for 2024.
Beyond financial indicators, Forbes Vietnam also conducted qualitative assessments of corporate sustainability, industry position, sources of profit, corporate governance quality, and sector outlook.
An Industry-leading Brand
After nearly 45 years of development, Thien Long has become a leading player in Vietnam’s stationery industry, widely recognized by local consumers as a “national brand.”
In 2024, the Group recorded consolidated net revenue of VND 3,759 billion and consolidated post-tax profit of VND 461 billion, surpassing its approved target by 21%. The e-commerce segment grew 2.6 times year-on-year, cementing Thien Long’s leadership in online stationery sales. International business also stood out, with revenue exceeding VND 1,000 billion, up nearly 25% compared to 2023.
Alongside its business performance, Thien Long’s brand value continued to grow, reaching VND 1,000 billion, and earning more than 20 domestic and international awards, including the title “Favorite Brand of Young Consumers.”
Glocalisation Strategy and Sustainable Development
The year 2025 marks a pivotal stage for Thien Long with its “Glocalisation” strategy – going global while building on a strong local foundation, with Southeast Asia as the key focus market.
In 2024, revenue from this region grew by 25%. In Q1 2025, the Group entered joint ventures with Snapgreen (Indonesia) and Silver Lion (Singapore) to expand its FlexOffice and Colokit brands in these markets. Recently, Thien Long also approved an investment plan in the Philippines worth USD 2.8 million (approximately VND 74 billion).
At the same time, Thien Long continues to expand its product ecosystem to realize its vision of “enabling a happy learning journey for Vietnamese people.” From its humble beginnings as a small manufacturer, Thien Long has grown into the domestic stationery market leader and is now on its way to becoming an international enterprise.
