Sharing with Teachers 2025: Spreading the Spirit of “Millions of Vietnamese Hearts Writing – Drawing Gratitude”

Date : 27-11-2025

The Sharing with Teachers 2025  Commendation Ceremony was held in Hanoi, featuring touching stories about teachers and honoring 80 outstanding educators with the most meaningful recognitions.

Sharing with Teachers is an annual program co-organized by the Vietnam Youth Federation Central Committee, the Ministry of Education and Training, and Thiên Long Group since 2015. After 11 years, the program has honored nearly 700 exemplary teachers across the country—those who overcome hardships to bring knowledge to remote, mountainous, border, and island areas.

This year, Sharing with Teachers introduces several notable innovations: the largest-scale selection process to date, extensive social mobilization with diverse contributors, and a wide range of meaningful gratitude activities, all spreading the message “Millions of Vietnamese Hearts Writing – Drawing Gratitude.”

After more than two months of receiving nominations, the organizing committee collected 263 submissions from 25 provincial/city chapters of the Vietnam Youth Federation and the Border Guard Force; 201 of these qualified for evaluation. The selection council convened and chose 80 outstanding teachers to participate in the commendation activities in Hanoi. The remaining 121 nominated teachers will receive Certificates of Merit from the Vietnam Youth Federation Central Committee and gifts from Thiên Long Group.

Thanks to extensive social mobilization, the program this year also deployed numerous practical community initiatives nationwide: building and repairing classrooms, libraries, and school restrooms; awarding scholarships; donating school supplies; and implementing “listening and sharing” projects to help disadvantaged teachers and students gain better access to educational and sustainable development opportunities.

During field trips to Lai Châu, Quảng Ninh, and Tây Ninh, multiple social contributors joined hands with Sharing with Teachers:

  • Công ty TNHH Dược Sĩ Tiến donated 800 million VND to build and repair school sites.
  • Công ty Cổ phần Đầu tư Khoáng sản IMC awarded 90 scholarships worth a total of 90 million VND to disadvantaged students.
  • WESET English Center offered English scholarships for teachers, valued at approximately 1.1 billion VND.
  • Zenbooks and Saigonbooks contributed books to school libraries in Tây Ninh.

The program also received support from the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association, the National Volunteer Center, Xipat Flexible Solutions Co., Zensmiles, and Davilaw Intellectual Property Corporation.

“Sharing with Teachers 2025” continued to spread widely on social media through the collaboration of TikTok Việt Nam and program ambassadors: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Trần Thành Nam, Miss Lương Thùy Linh, and Tiktoker Lê Bống.

  • Lê Bống brought youthful energy through interactive activities, group performances, and engagement with students in mountainous regions.
  • Miss Lương Thùy Linh led creative gratitude activities such as visiting and sharing with teachers in highland areas and inspiring students to write and draw gratitude messages for their teachers, further spreading the spirit of “Millions of Vietnamese Hearts Honoring Teachers.”

The comprehensive activities of Sharing with Teachers 2025 go beyond honoring educators—they create a journey of emotional and actionable connection, where the spirit of gratitude spreads from highland classrooms to digital spaces, from cities to borderlands.

Representing the program’s partner, Mr. Trịnh Văn Hào, Communications & External Relations Director of Thiên Long Group, shared that after nearly 45 years accompanying Vietnam’s education sector, Thiên Long considers serving the learning journey of Vietnamese people as its mission—not only through writing and drawing products, but also through meaningful community-focused initiatives.

“2025 marks a special milestone. For the first time, the program honors 201 teachers from 248 border communes—those who both teach and safeguard the nation’s borders through knowledge. Among them, 80 teachers traveled to Hanoi for an emotional commendation ceremony.

Alongside this are practical actions: building schools, awarding scholarships, donating libraries, and providing online English courses for teachers—all to spread the value of knowledge.

For 11 years, Thiên Long and millions of Vietnamese hearts have painted a meaningful picture of teachers, promoting the philosophy of ‘teachers at the center’ of education. Now, Sharing with Teachers enters a new phase—not only honoring educators but also creating enduring, sustainable value,” emphasized Mr. Trịnh Văn Hào, Communications & External Relations Director of Thiên Long Group.
