Speaking at the event, Lê Anh Quân, Vice Chairman of the Central Youth Council and Director of the Vietnam Children’s Support and Development Center, said that after more than five months of implementation, the organizers had received over 140,000 artworks from children across the country.
The paintings displayed creative perspectives, rich content, and lively presentation.
“With over 140,000 submissions, each child’s work is a beautiful, vibrant color blending into a dazzling palette of volunteering – carrying profound humanitarian values and a strong national spirit – spreading in society a beautiful image of today’s generation of Vietnamese youth and children,” Quân emphasized.
He added that this was not only a meaningful activity for Vietnamese children in response to the 60th anniversary of the “Three Readiness” movement, the 10th anniversary of the “Year of Volunteering Youth,” and the 25th anniversary of the Summer Volunteer Youth Campaign, but also a forum for them to express their affection, trust, and pride toward the care and guidance of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and its members, who are always wholeheartedly devoted to the younger generation and ready to serve the community.
